The College of Wooster provides every student access to the CliftonStrengths assessment at no additional charge. During this assessment, you will answer questions about your preferred way of doing things focused on your innate abilities.  The results of this questionnaire identify your Top 5 Signature Talents.  You can read through your results, watch a video for each talent, and make an appointment with a Career Planning advisor to create a plan to develop and grow your talents into Strengths!
