Register an Internship for Credit

First, Meet with the Associate Dean for Experiential Learning to discuss your internship and expectations for internships for credit. The Dean’s drop-in hours are noted at the bottom of this page.

Complete the Register for an Internship for Credit form with your faculty mentor. After you complete this form your faculty mentor, faculty advisor, and faculty chair will receive approval forms. Please be sure that you notify them to expect these forms (they may go to the junk email). Your application is not complete until the registration and all approvals are received.

If you are an international student, on an F-1 visa, you are required to obtain and complete the required paperwork from International Student Services (ISS) before registering for this internship credit.

Complete this safety form if you are residing off-campus and completing an in-person experience
