Position: Growth, Marketing | Sales Intern
This internship is best delivered by someone living in or near Denver, Colorado, or New York City and will include remote work. In this hybrid position, you will work with different growth team members based in Denver and NY and will be asked to occasionally join us in the office to collaborate with our teams and managers.
The Growth intern position will work collaboratively to assist in implementing the processes needed to deliver our omnichannel content strategies, sales outreach, and organic growth goals. This intern will support key marketing strategic initiatives such as identifying new leads in critical categories and running competitive analyses for several different marketing tasks. By the end of the summer, you should be able to add project management, content marketing, campaign coordination, and Salesforce CRM to your resume experiences, as well as fundamental data analysis and an understanding of the professional services marketing and sales ecosystem.
Responsibilities and tasks for this internship may include projects from the following areas:
Project Management
Managing timelines and tactical executions of growth initiatives, including content opportunities, conferences, events, groups, and more
Content Coordination
Tracking content development and following up with key players to ensure progress is being made
Coordinating with a freelance content writer on content development timelines and status updates
Facilitating relationships between podcast company, host, and marketing team
Maintaining the following documents:
Marketing content audit
Go-to-market calendar
Content outlines for monthly newsletters and other pieces
Content Execution
Publishing social posts
Creating open graph images/graphics for social sharing
Creating paid advertisements across main channels when applicable
Contributing to copywriting when applicable
Reporting:
Compiling monthly performance reports across all channels
Tracking marketing email performance after each send
Conducting weekly sales revenue reporting and forecasting through Salesforce (and other revenue software)
Miscellaneous tasks may include:
Monitoring social accounts for comments, engagement, etc.
Weekly export of CRM data
Spearheading a competitive analysis and offering ideas for how Monigle can strengthen its positioning against key holding company agencies (the Agencies will be defined for you)
Interacting with ZoomInfo to help with contact prospecting and CRM data integrity.
Creating a daily ‘episodic’ intel sheet for the sales team with insights into market trends, client and prospect news, and other events that may impact our clients and create new opportunities for our salespeople.
Conducting market research for our salespeople to identify new leads
Tracking and analyzing key activity metrics to measure marketing and sales activities
Qualifications & Experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Experience or willingness to learn data analysis or Interpretation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)

Pay range: $20/hr
