JTG is seeking a Lead System Architect
The Lead System Architect is a full stack web application developer with high-level proficiency in SQL database design, ASP.NET server code, and client-side JavaScript.
Location: Monterey, CA
Availability: Within 60 Days

Responsibilities: The Lead System Architect’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide subject matter experts and linguists with a flexible and scalable content management platform to develop interactive online learning activities for military language students.
- Conduct regular analysis sessions with government customer to design software solutions that meet Contracting Officer Representative (COR) requirements and mission objectives.
- Plan and coordinate software lifecycle iteration sprints to implement designs that meet customer timelines and expectations.
- Lead a team of four programmers to delegate and distribute work efforts to meet schedule milestones.
- Implement any coding requirements on any database, web server, or client-side feature sets.
- Conduct code reviews of team code submissions and conduct quality assurance sessions for system integration.
- Coordinate code deployment to staging and production servers
- Perform regular feedback sessions with government customer and end-users to solicit bug reports and suggestions for integration into later iterations.
Requirements:
- ASP.NET web application development using C#
- MSSQL relational database design and SQL query scripting
- Object Relational Mapping using LINQ-to-SQL in ASP.NET
- Asynchronous web application development using JSON serialized web services
- Client-side interface development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Foreign language experience with storage and display of CJK, Cyrillic, Latin, and right-to-left text like Arabic and Hebrew
- Rich text editor plugin development in CK Editor
- GIT Repository management
- Adaptive development philosophy using Agile methodology
- Ability to lead a small team of four programmers
Education: Associate degree or higher
