Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay current on best practices, research findings, and relevant regulations in the field of ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in ABA
- Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certiicate and license (LBA).
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you will NOT transport clients)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
