Why you joined Pathways and how it affected your career journey: My public health pathway has been profoundly shaped by a combination of academic studies, practical experiences, and a deep passion for making a difference. Through my coursework, I’ve learned to approach public health challenges with a well-rounded perspective. My work in the youth mental health space has been incredibly fulfilling, as I’ve had the opportunity to support young people in navigating challenges and fostering resilience, and advocating for effective addiction prevention strategies among youth. My experiences as a health coach have further solidified my commitment to promoting healthier behaviors. Guiding individuals toward their health goals has taught me the importance of personalized, empathetic care in achieving meaningful outcomes.
