Experiential Learning Co-Curricular Credential Application

This resources has the form and supporting materials for designating co-curriculars as “EL”. The supervisors for credentialed co-curriculars will be asked to complete an annual survey to report on student engagement and updates on the program, including supervisor information.  This is due January 15 for summer/fall programs or August 15 for spring/full year programs.
