Career Readiness Self-Assessment

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), through a task force of college career services and HR/staffing professionals in various career fields, has identified eight competencies associated with career readiness.

College of Wooster students, and especially those in a Pathway, will have many opportunities to actively work on these eight areas and should set a goal of achieving proficiency or mastery in all eight before you graduate.

Please take some time now to complete this assessment of your professionalism in these eight areas. Be thorough, thoughtful, and honest so you can develop specific goals for improvement and better see your growth later when you come back to this assessment.
