We are seeking an individual to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, hard working, and enjoys a fast-paced role. This role will be hybrid remote.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling sensitive information
- Calendar management
- Meeting coordination
- Communications management
- Managing mail
- Conducting errands
- General administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or within a 15-minute drive of Duval County, Florida to be considered
- Actively in college or recently graduated is preferred
- Valid driver license and personal mode of transportation required
