Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferred, and at least 3 years of information technology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees IT project management, including facilitating internal IT meetings, tracking action items, and managing team working hours.
  • Provides excellent technical support with seamless communication, collaboration, and quick response times to employee needs.
  • Manages the Jira ticketing system with strong follow-through and proactive prevention measures.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft SharePoint functionalities and features.
  • Skilled in device setup and deployment for both Macs and PCs, including MDM implementation and data security measures.
  • Conducts onboarding meetings, proficiency check-ins, and regular device health checks.
  • Manages and maintains IT device inventory.
  • Develops procedures and tools for ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT department.
  • Supports computer system validation efforts, including audit preparation and participation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates proactivity, initiative, and a commitment to high quality services.
  • Stays current with new technologies and advancements to enhance IT operations.
