At Mt. Hood Meadows, we pride ourselves on being a Learning Organization. We believe in fostering a growth mindset which allows us to nimbly adapt to what each day brings. As a Daycare Teacher you will be responsible for overseeing the children in the care of Mt. Hood Meadows, while implementing the Daycare program curriculum.
Qualifications and Requirements
Mt. Hood Meadows provides equal opportunities for all employees and applicants. We strongly encourage applications from people of all races, religions, sexual orientations, pregnancies, genders, gender identities, gender expressions, national origins, ages, mental or physical disabilities, ancestries, medical conditions, military or veteran status, citizenship status, socio-economic backgrounds, or any other status protected by law.
Research has shown that women may be less likely to apply for a job if they do not check all the boxes in the job description. We encourage anyone to apply for positions that pique their interests and will consider transferable skills in placement of specific qualifications. We believe in fostering a growth mindset and want our team to develop new skills and grow into the job they want at Mt.
